Hotel information
(1) The conference is held in the Hida Hotel Plaza located near the Takayama station. We have prebooked a number of rooms at the conference hotel. Please mark the Hida Hotel in the registration form (after March 1) and we will book the room if available. Please note that the number of the single rooms is quite limited.

Breakfasts are included in the hotel fee. Dinners are served in the Hida Hotel Plaza hotel for all the participants from Monday through Thursday (see below).
The Hida Hotel Plaza has two large natural hot spring baths (onsen), one on top of the roof and the other in the basement. They are open from early in the morning till the midnight. The participants staying in the Hida Hotel Plaza can use them any time.
(2) Single rooms at a lower price are available in the Washington Hotel Plaza, City Hotel Four Seasons, and Best Western hotel located near the Takayama station. For these hotels, please book the room by yourself. They are buisiness hotels without an onsen facility. The estimated price of a single room is shown below. The breakfast is included.

Lunch/Dinner information
The dinner is not pre-arranged on the Friday night. We would like you to go out and explore a restaurant by yourself.
As for lunch, a lunch box will be served during the KAGRA tour. The lunch is not pre-arranged on the other days. We would like you to go out and find Japanese fast food on the street.
